OUR COMMITMENT TO YOUR SAFETY
THE UPMOST SAFETY AND SANITIZATION STANDARDS

At Paradise, we set the bar in safety and sanitization practices on island. During these unprecedented times, we are putting extreme efforts into providing a consistently clean, sanitized, and "COVID-safe" stay.

PRE-ARRIVAL

The Turks & Caicos Government has published new entry requirements and measured safety protocols governing re-opening of the borders for tourism on the 22nd of July, 2020. You can view these requirements here.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Everyone, including guests, staff, vendors, and suppliers arriving at our properties will visit the sanitization station outside the villas, where they will be required to sanitize their hands. Also, personal protective equipment is available, if requested.

TRANSPORT

As illustrated in government standards, all local transport is fully sanitized after every journey. All passengers, including drivers must wear a face mask/ covering for the duration of their vehicle trip. Drivers are obligated to, and strictly follow hygiene standards. Hand sanitizer is also available in every vehicle.

PARADISE AND AFFILIATED STAFF

All affiliate members at Paradise have received enhanced COVID-19-related health and safety training. They will be required to wear personal protective equipment upon request and practice as much as possible, physical distancing. For everyone’s safety and wellbeing uniforms will not be worn during travel to and from work and handshakes will be replaced with a nod and smile. Team members have also been instructed not to come to work if they are feeling unwell or had contact with anyone who is suspected of or confirmed to having Covid-19. Should a team member display any symptoms relating to the virus, they will be sent home and must be cleared by a physician prior to their return.

CLEANING & SANITIZATION

We have introduced new protocols that range from enhanced cleaning routines, hospital grade disinfectants to electrostatic sprayers for advanced sanitization and cleaning on days of changeover. For each arrival and upon each departure, house-wide sanitation will take place and there will be placement of anti-bacterial gels and soaps for guests’ use.

OUR VILLA COLLECTION

Villas are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every stay. Face masks are legally required in public areas; including grocery stores however this is not a requirement on the beaches where social distancing is an acceptable precaution. Every villa contains personal hygiene items such as a mask and hand sanitizer for guests to use.

**Please note that although we can minimize the risk of exposure to COVID-19, as per the nature of the virus, there is still always a slight risk. Furthermore, it is upon the villa managers responsibility to ensure the safety and efficacy of staff policies surrounding COVID-19.
